摘要
探讨了咖啡渣提取咖啡油过程中浸渍法、回流法、索式抽提法等提取方式以及提取时间对提油效果的影响,并通过比较得出了较优方法.
This paper discusses the effects of extraction method (infusion method, reflux method, and Soxhlet method) and time on the extract oil of coffee grounds during extracting coffee oil from coffee grounds, and presents the better method through comparison.
