汉防己甲素和阿苯达唑体外抗细粒棘球蚴原头节作用的观察 被引量:4

摘要 通过比较汉防己甲素和阿苯达唑体外抗细粒棘球蚴原头节作用 ,以探讨中药单体汉防己甲素抗包虫病的作用 ,将汉防己甲素和阿苯达唑分别配成不同浓度 ,加入RPMI 164 0培养基中 ,体外培养细粒棘球蚴原头节 ,观察其每天的死亡率。结果显示各用药组原头节的死亡率分别与对照组相比 ,差异均有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;阿苯达唑和汉防己甲素联合组与阿苯达唑组 ,汉防己甲素低、中浓度组相比 ,差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而与汉防己甲素高浓度组相比 ,差别无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。表明汉防己甲素在体外有明显的抗原头节作用 ;汉防己甲素体外抗原头节作用与阿苯达唑相当 ;同时两药联合抗原头节效果明显优于单药组 。 Anti hydatid efficacy of Tetrandrine and Albendazole in vitro on Echinococcus granulosus protoscolex(EgPSC) was first investigated. The cultured Egpsc were divided into groups, such as different concentrative Tetrandrine groups, Albendazole group,combination of the two drugs and control group. The mortality of EgPSC in each group was daily counted. Compared with the control group, the mortality of EgPSC was significantly different (P<0.05); Eecept for high concentrative Tetrandrine group, the mortality of EgPSC of combitation group was higher than that of other single treated groups (P<0.05). It indicated that Tetrandrine have obviously killing effect on EgPSC. Especially, the combination of the two drugs improve efficacy against EgPSC and two drugs have synergistic action.
