摘要
目的:为阐明藜科植物土荆芥的有效成分,对其地上部分进行了化学成分研究。方法:运用层析手段和波谱方法分离并鉴定了7个化合物。结果:它们的结构分别为(1R,2S,3S,4S)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroxy-p-menthene,β-谷甾醇,α-菠菜甾醇,4-isopropyl-1-methyl-4-cyclohexene-1,2,3-triol,槲皮素,反式桂皮酸,L-鼠李糖。结论:4-isopropyl-1-methyl-4-cyclohexene-1,2,3-triol为新化合物。
AIM:In order to find out the bioactive compounds of Chenopodium ambrosioides L. . METHOD:The chemical constituents were isolated by various column chromatography methods. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by spectral analysis. RESULT: Seven compounds were obtained which structures were identified as(1R,2S,35,4S)-1,2,3,4- tetrahydroxy- p- menthene (1) , β- sitosterol ( 2), a-spinasterol ( 3 ), 4-isopropyl-l-methyl-4-cyclohexene-1, 2, 3-triol ( 4 ), quercetin ( 5 ) , trans-cinnamicacid ( 6 ) and L-rhamnose ( 7 ). CONCLUSION: Compound 4 is a new compound.
