摘要
目的研究苋科空心莲子草[Alternan theraphilox eroid es(Mart.)Griseb]的化学成分。方法有机溶剂提取,运用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱等色谱技术分离纯化,利用化学方法和多种波谱技术(1H-NMR,13C-NMR,MS等)进行结构鉴定。结果从乙醇提取物的氯仿和醋酸乙酯萃取部分分得7个化合物:竹节参苷Ⅳa(chikusetsusaponin-Ⅳa,Ⅰ)、齐墩果酸-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(calendulosideE,Ⅱ)、大黄酚-8-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(chrysophenol-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,Ⅲ)、土大黄苷(rhaponticin,Ⅳ)、α-菠甾醇(α-Spinasterol,Ⅴ)、β-谷甾醇(β-Sitosterol,Ⅵ)、正三十二烷酸(Lacceroicacid,Ⅶ)。结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ为首次从该植物中得到,为该药的开发利用提供了信息。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Alternan theraphilox eroid es. METHODS The chemical components were isolated by solvent extrations and column chromatography. The chemical structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical constants and spectral data ( 1^H-NMR, 13^C-NMR, MS, etc. ). RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated and identified from the chloroform and ethyl acetate sections:chikusetsusaponin-Ⅳa( Ⅰ ), calenduloside E( Ⅱ ) ,chrysophenol-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( Ⅲ ) ,rhaponticin( Ⅳ), α-spinasterol( Ⅴ ) ,β-sitosterol(Ⅵ) ,lacceroic acid(Ⅶ). CONCLUSION Ⅰ , Ⅲ and Ⅳ are isolated from Alternan theraphilox eroid es for the first time.
