摘要
目的 对光茎大黄根部的化学成分进行研究。方法 采用硅胶柱色谱分离、重结晶、MS、1 H- NMR、1 3C- NMR等技术进行分离、鉴定结构。结果 从该植物中分离并鉴定了 5个化合物 ,分别是大黄酚 ( chrysophanol )、大黄素甲醚 ( physcion, )、芦荟大黄素 ( aloe- em odin, )、大黄素 ( emodin, )、β-谷甾醇 ( β- sitosterol, )。结论 该
Object To study the chemical constituents in the root of Rheum glabricaule. Methods Compounds were isolated by various column chromatographies with silica gel. Their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis (MS, 1H-NMR , 13 C-NMR ) and chemical evidence. Results Five compounds were isolated from the chloroform part, which were identified as chrysophanol (Ⅰ), physcion (Ⅱ), aloe-emodin (Ⅲ), emodin (Ⅳ), and β-sitosterol (Ⅴ). Conclusion All above compounds are obtained from this plant for the first time.
