摘要
对汽车用轴类部件的热锻模具进行失效分析。通过能谱分析、扫描电镜、显微硬度测定等多种检测手段,分析了热锻模具的失效机理。结果表明,失效热锻模具钢工作面表层材料氧化,表面合金元素重新分布,局部合金元素降低,导致材料局部硬度、耐磨性及热强度下降,这是产生初始裂纹及蚀点的主要原因,初始破损的进一步扩展导致了模具的最终失效。
The failure mechanism was analyzed on automobile hot-forging dies by means of EDS, micro-hardness and metallographic examination. The results show that surface oxidation and dispersing of alloying elements in surface layer lead to the reduction of hardness, wear resistance and hot strength of the steel, which cause the initial surface cracks. Continuous propagation of the cracks results in the final failure of the dies.
