摘要
目的 探讨恢复期精神分裂症患者述情障碍及相关因素和中西医对策。方法 对88例恢复期精神分裂症患者采用TAS评定,并对不同病程、年龄、文化程度、性别组进行TAS评定和比较。结果 恢复期精神分裂症患者存在着明显的述情障碍,且不同病程、年龄、文化程度、性别组的总均分因子分存在明显差异。结论 恢复期精神分裂症患者存在着严重的述情障碍,中西医结合干预有一定效果。
Objective To explore the alexithymia and relative factors of recovered'schizophrenic and traditional Chinese and western medicine measure. Methods 88 patients recovered stage schizophrenic were evaluated by TAS.and to compare the average score and [actor score of different age,scxal course of disease and cultural degree groups. Results There were significant alexithymia m the recovered stage schizophrenic . and there were significant difference on total average score and factor score in different age,sexal,course of disease and cultural degree groups. Conclusion There are serious alexithymia in the recovered stage schizophrenic.and quite effect with, traditional Chinese and western medicine measure.
