摘要
目的探讨综合康复训练对改善恢复期精神分裂症患者述情障碍的效果。方法将96例病人分为训练组和对照组,采用多伦多述情障碍量表(TAS)评分。结果训练组总分和因子Ⅰ、因子Ⅱ、因子Ⅳ显著低于对照组,因子Ⅲ显著高于对照组。结论综合康复训练能够有效地改善恢复期精神分裂症患者述情障碍。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation training improving alexithymia of recovered stage schizophrenice.Methods 38cases trained patients of recovered stage schizophrenice(training group)were compared with 58cases no trained(control group).TAS was used to evaluate the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation.Results The total score,factor I score,factorⅡscore and factorⅣscore of training group were significant lower than control group,the fa ctorⅢscore was significant higher than control group.Conclusions The comprehensive rehabilitation t raining can improve obviously alexithymia of recovered stage of schizop hrenia.
