摘要
对国内外畜血的研究动态进行了概述 ,提出畜血对人类具有重要的营养价值和意义 ,同时简述了畜血资源及其理化。
This paper discusses the research development of the blood from domestic animals at home and abroad. Its nutritive value and significance for human being are put forward. At the same time, the paper briefly introduce its natural resources, physical and chemical characteristics and nutritive characteristics.
