摘要
在小型循环下行床装置中使用大庆VGO原料和FCC平衡剂研究了下行床的催化裂化过程。通过对不同特征反应温度(400~600℃)和剂油比(7~30)的考察,发现随着特征反应温度的升高和剂油比的增加,汽油产率都存在极大值(分别为41 3%和40 5%),而气体产率则是单调增加,缓和操作条件下柴油产率有极大值27 5%,反应条件苛刻时呈单调下降。
A hot model of a gas-solid downer reactor was used to study the FCC process employing Daqing VGO and commercial FCC catalyst.The test unit allowed large run flexibility,being able to work within wide temperature range (400~600 ℃) and CTO(catalyst to oil ratio) (7~20).With increase in reaction temperat ure and in CTO,the gasoline yield increased at first and then decreased,with the maximum at 41.3% and 40.5%,respectively.The yield of gas products increased.A maximum of 27.5% was observed in diesel yield under mild conditions;however,under strict conditions the yield simply decreased.Through comparison of reaction temperature and CTO,the latter seemed more influential than the former to the reaction.
