摘要
采用重油微反装置考察了大庆蜡油催化裂解反应的主要产物随反应温度的变化规律。试验结果表明 ,乙烯的收率随着反应温度的升高而单调增加 ;丙烯及丁烯的收率随着反应温度的升高呈现先增加后降低的趋势 ,分别存在一个最佳温度点 ,且丙烯收率的最佳温度高于丁烯的。根据试验结果推导了大庆蜡油催化裂解反应的动力学表达式 ,求取了不同反应温度下的催化裂解反应动力学速率常数、指前因子及反应活化能。
The reaction ability and products' distribution of catalytic pyrolysis of Daqing vacuum gas oil (VGO) were investigated by using heavy oil micro reactor. The present results demonstrated that the yield of ethylene monotonously increased with reaction temperature increasing. There is a point of optimum temperature in the curve, at which the yields of propylene and butylene are the largest. The optimum temprature of propylene is higher than that of butylene. The effects of space velocity and reaction temperature on products' distribution were compared. A dynamics expression for Daqing vacuum gas oil is given. The reaction rate constant, the activation energy and frequency for both pyrolysis and catalytic pyrolysis were estimated by the kinetics expression.
