摘要
本文研究了在气-固并流下行冷模系统中,气-固惯性分离装置结构选型和操作气速、颗粒循环速率等对于气-固分离效率的影响。实验证明,在气-固并流下行系统中,采用内缩、外扩双喷嘴气-固惯性分离器,可以达到很高的分离效率(95—99%)。在气体速度3-8m/s、颗粒循环速率40—120kg/(m^2·s)的条件下,综合考虑分离效率及喷嘴压降得到长度为190mm、出入口截面积为1∶2(出/入)的Ⅲ型喷嘴分离效果最好。同时讨论了Ⅲ型喷嘴的流体阻力及其计算方法。
A novel inertial separator for gas-solid suspension in concurrent downflowwas constructed and the influences of operating gas velocity and solid circula-tion rate on its efficiency were studied.The experimental results show thatthe novel inertial separator is very effective with a gas-solid separation effic-iency up to 95—99%.The pressure-drop of the novel separator and its calcu-lation method are also discussed.
