摘要
本文叙述了剂油比(C/O)在催化裂化装置操作中的重要地位,着重论述了改变剂油比对催化裂化反应、反应-再生两器的热平衡以及催化剂性能的影响.在实际生产中,适时调整剂油比使装置适应不同性质的原料、生产不同的产品、提高装且的适应弹性,最大程度地发挥装置的作用,提高经济效益具有重大意义。同时,还介绍了几种用不同的原料生产不同产品的催化裂化工艺,如FCC、RFCC、MGG、DCC的剂油比的区别。
Catalyst-oil ratio is a main parameter which plays an important role in FCCU. Thispaper emphasizes the effects of catalyst-oil ratio on chemical reactions, heat balance of reactor-regeneratorand catalyst performance. Catalyst-oil ratio should be adjusted properly in accordance with feedstock properties, catalyst types and the desired product distribution. For instance, different catalytic cracking processes, such as conventional FCC, resid FCC, MGG and DCC, the catalyst-oil ratios should be varied in awide range to fulfill the heat balance and product slate requirements for obtaining a maximum benefit.
