摘要
在东鞍山烧结厂选矿一车间的重选—强磁—反浮选新流程中 ,10台SLon - 175 0立环脉动高梯度磁选机用于控制细粒级尾矿品位 ,另 10台SLon - 175 0立环脉动中磁机用于控制螺旋溜槽尾矿品位。全流程的铁精矿品位从改造前的 6 0 %左右提高到 6 4 %~ 6 5 % ,铁回收率保持在 70 %左右。
In the new flowsheet of gravity separation-high intensity magnetic separation-reverse flotation of No.1 Workshop of Donganshan Sintering Plant, ten SLon 1750 vertical ring pulsating high gradient magnetic separators were used to control the grade of fine tailings while the other ten SLon 1750 medium intensity ones to control the grade of spiral tailings. As a result, the grade of iron concentrate of the new flowsheet has been raised from about 60% of the previous one to 64%~65%, with the iron recovery kept at about 70%. SLon magnetic separators have made significant contribution to the improvement of the beneficiation performances of Donganshan refractory oxidized iron ore.
