摘要
研究了司家营氧化铁矿石的矿石特点 ,在此基础上 ,按阶段磨矿、粗细分级、重选—磁选—阴离子反浮选和阶段磨矿、磁选、粗细分级、重选—阴离子反浮选进行了选矿工艺流程的试验研究 ,分别取得了精矿品位6 6 .5 7%、回收率 80 .2 4 %和精矿品位 6 6 .4 0 %、回收率 79.75 %的较好指标。根据对工艺指标、运行成本和流程合理性的分析对比 ,推荐阶段磨矿、粗细分级、重选—磁选—阴离子反浮选为司家营氧化铁矿石选矿合理工艺流程。
Based on the study of the properties of Sijiaying oxidized iron ore, the experimental research of the beneficiation flowsheets was made, namely the flowsheet consisting of staged grinding, classification of fine and coarse fractions and gravity separation-magnetic separation and anionic reverse flotation, and the flowsheet of staged grinding, magnetic separation, classification of fine and coarse fractions and gravity separation-anionic reverse flotation, which obtained concentrates having 66.57% grade and 80.24% recovery, and 66.40% grade and 79.75% recovery respectively. Through the analysis and comparision of the technological indexes, operation costs and the flowsheet rationality of both flowsheets, finaly, the former was selected as the more rational one for the beneficiation of Sijaying oxidized iron ore.
