SLon立环脉动高梯度磁选机是新一代高效强磁选设备 ,具有富集比大、选矿效率高、磁介质不易堵塞、设备工作稳定的优点。 2 0 0 1年鞍钢齐大山选矿厂在重选—强磁—反浮选技改中采用该机控制细粒赤铁矿尾矿品位获得成功 ,全流程的选矿指标为 :给矿品位 30 .15 % ,铁精矿品位 6 7 0 0 % ,尾矿品位 11 0 5 % ,铁回收率75 86 % 。
SLon vertical ring pulsating high gradient magnetic separator is a new generation of highly efficient high intensity magnetic separation equipment.It has advantages of great enrichment ratio,high separation efficiency,unblocking magnetic medium and stable operation.In the technical reform of gravity separation-high intensity magnetic separation-reverse flotation flowsheet made at Qidashan Concentrator in 2001,it was successfully used to control the tailings grade of fine hematite ore.The concentration results of the whole flowsheet were:feed grade,30.15%;iron concentrate grade, 67.00%; tailings grade,11.05%;and iron recovery 75.86%,which was a new historical record of the concentrater.
