摘要 采用mRNA双随机引物差示技术分离中国对虾性别相关片段。然后利用这些引物组合对中国对虾的基因组进行了PCR检测,发现其中两对引物组合可以扩增出具有性别相关性的片段。 The cloning of the sex-related DNA fragments of Chinese shrimp (Fenneropenaeus chinensis) by double primer mRNA differential display techniques were used to understand the sex determination in Chinese shrimp. Those selected double primer pair were applied to amplify the genomic DNA of shrimp, and two pairs showed the possibility for the sex determination of Chinese shrimps.
