摘要
作者对中国对虾促雄性腺的位置、形态和组织结构以及变化过程进行了观察。促雄性腺位于精荚囊末端,半圆柱状,由许多腺泡组成,细胞内富含粗面内质网和高尔基氏体,推测其分泌蛋白质性质的激素。伴随着生殖细胞的生成及排放,促雄性腺呈现出规律性的变化。根据其组织学和发生上的特点,对其功能进行了探讨。
The anatomy, histology and development of the androgenic gland was observed in Penaeus chinensis. This gland is located on the distal end of spermatophore cyst, and shaped like a semicylinder which consists of many acini. There are rough endoplastic reticula and Golgi complexes in the cells of the androgenic gland, indicating that it seems to secret the proteinoid hormone. The androgenic gland changes greatly with seasons in histology and morphology, and its functions were discussed.
