摘要 拟定了测定超痕量锰的新催化光度法。方法基于存在氨三乙酸为活化剂,以高碘酸钾催化氧化甲基红。方法的检出限为4×10^(-11)g/ml,表观摩尔吸光系数为2×10~7L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),测定锰量的线性范围为2—28ng/25ml,可直接分析水样和谷物制品中锰。 A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for determining ultratrace amounts of Mn has been developed. The method is based on the catalytic oxidation of methyl red by potassium periodate in the presence of nitrilo triacetic acid as an activator. The method has a high sensitivity with an apparent molar absorptivity of 2×107L· mol-1·cm-1. The limit of detection for Mn is 4×10-11g/ml. The linear range of the determination is 2-28ng/25ml. Trace manganese in water samples and cereal samples has been successfully determined by the method.
