摘要
探讨和试验了高碘酸钾氧化—全差示光度法测定水中锰。与原方法 (高碘酸钾氧化光度法 )相比较 ,提高了灵敏度 ,精密度与准确度较好。方法相对标准偏差为 0 .8%~ 4.8% ;加标回收率为 96 %~ 1 0 6 % ,最低检出限为 0 .0 0 4mg/L。
It was studied on detection of manganese content in water by the completely differential spectrophotometry. The result showed that the new method significantly improved sensitivity and precision in comparison with the original method, the potassium-periodate method. The new method gave the relative standard deviation of 0.8%-4.8%, the recovery of 96%-106%, and the lowest limit of detection of 0.004 mg/L.
