摘要
在鲁米诺-高碘酸钾化学发光体系中加入双酚A,可以抑制该体系的化学发光,据此建立了双酚A的流动注射化学发光监测分析新方法。该法的线性范围为6 0×10-6~1 0×10-3g L,检测限为1 3×10-7g L。方法可用于水体中双酚A的测定。
When bisphenol A was added to the system of luminol-potassium periodate, more inhibitive chemiluminescence was observed. A Flow-injection Chemiluminescence method for the determination of bisphenol A was given. There is a linear relationship between the inhibitive intensity of chemiluminescence and the concentration of bisphenol A in the range of 6.0×10^(-6)~1.0×10^(-3)g/L. The detection limit is 1.3×10^(-7)g/L. The result is satisfactory by this method to detect the bisphenol A in water.
