摘要
在碱性介质中,Mn(Ⅱ)对催化KIO4氧化镁试剂Ⅰ(对硝基苯偶氮间苯二酚)的褪色反应有显著作用。据此建立了测定痕量Mn(Ⅱ)的流动注射停流-催化光度法。优化了流动注射条件,Mn(Ⅱ)在2~10μg/L,10~160μg/L,160~1000μg/L范围内符合比尔定律,采样频率6样/h,检出限0.12μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)4.9%(n=6)。用于环境水样中Mn(Ⅱ)的检测,回收率为95.5%~102%。
On the basis of the catalytic action of trace manganese to fading reaction of potassium periodate and magneson Ⅰ in buffer solution, a stopped-flow injection catalytic photometric method for the determination of trace manganese in water was developed. Under the optimum conditions, standard curve with good linearity and broad linear range can be obtained in the ranges of 2 - 10μg/L, 10 - 160 μg/L and 160 - 1000μg/L. The detection limit for Mn( Ⅱ ) is 0.12 μg/L at 6 h sampling frequency, and the relative standard deviation is 4.90% ( n = 6). A satisfactory result can be achieved with the proposed method to analyze the Mn( Ⅱ ) in real environmental water samples, and the range of recovery is 95.5 %~ 102%.
