摘要
本文用电化学发光法进行了人绒毛膜促进性激素(简称HCG)的免疫分析研究。实验在Na_2CO_3-NaHCO_3-KCl介质中以CoCl_2为催化剂测定发光标记试剂ABEI,检测限达到1.3×10^(-12)mol·L^(-1)。ABEI-HCG标记物稀释至2×10~5倍仍可检出。采用双抗法测定了血清中的HCG。
The electrochemiluminescence immunoassay of HCG in a medium of Na_2CO_3-NaHCO_3-KCl-CoCl_2-ABEI has been studied. The luminescent reagent signed-ABEI is determined in this medium. The detection limit of this method is 1.3×10^(-12)mol·L^(-1)(for ABEI). This method has been successfully applied to the determination HCG in human serum.
