摘要
ECL-1型电致化学发光仪具有方波、三角波及对称双阶跃方波等三种信号参数可调的电压脉冲信号发生器,能接收记录任何电极反应过程所辐射出的微弱的光.本文介绍了仪器的工作原理和电路系统。实验结果表明,以Na_2CO_3-NaHCO_3为缓冲介质,HDEA为试剂,在5.0×10^(-8)M~6.0×10^(-7)范围内,浓度与光强度呈良好的线性关系。对同一份5×10(-8)M的HDEA溶液连续扫描12次,标准偏差为0.25。
The operation principle and electric system of an electrochemiluminescence apparatus are described.Three parameters of voltage pulse signal generator——square wave,trigonometrical wave and double-step square wave——are adjustable.The apparatus can detect and record any weak light generated by electrode reaction process.Using Na_2CO_2-NaHCO as buffer and HDEA as reagent,the concentration and light intensity exhibit good linear relationship in the rsnge of 5.0 ×10^(-9)—6.0;×10^(-1)M.After 12 successive sweepings of the same solution of 5×10^(-8)M HDEA,the RSD is 0.25.
