摘要
对当前二氧化硫脲产品存在保质期短的问题进行分析,通过实验找出3种解决问题的方法,分别采用加入CaCO3微粒子、用冷冻液体A和质量浓度为5g/L过氧化氢溶液洗涤的方法对制备产品进行后处理,使二氧化硫脲保质期从3个月延长至24个月。
Based on the analysis of the present shortcoming for short storage life of Thiourea Dioxide(TD),three methods were studied including TD mixed with supermicroCaCO3 powder and washed by cooled solvent A and 5 g/L hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution.The experimental results showed that storage life of treated TD can be prolonged from 3 to 24 months.
