摘要
近年来,医学重点学科建设在医院的建设和发展中起着越来越重要的作用,所以在医院内部加强重点学科建设是医院的成功之路。文章通过阐述重点学科的定义,并根据我国部分省市医院医学重点学科建设的基本情况,说明了在医院内部加强重点学科建设的重要性和必要性,概括为"五个有利于"。最后,对今后医学重点学科的发展提出了建议和意见。
In recent years, the construction of medical key disciplines plays more and more important roles in construction and development of hospitals. Hence, it is a successful way to reinforce construction of medical key disciplines for hospitals. Through describing the definition of key disciplines and the basic situation of hospital construction of medical key disciplines in some provinces, this paper demonstrated the importance and necessity of reinforcing construction of medical key disciplines for hospitals, which is summarized five benefits. As last, the paper put forward some suggestions for development of medical key disciplines.
