摘要
医疗质量是医院管理永恒的主题。新形势下如何加强医疗质量管理 ,是军队医院管理者的一项重大课题。本文就如何通过更新观念来提高医疗质量 ;通过进一步搞好人才学科建设 ,来确保医疗质量 ;如何向管理要医疗质量、要效益 ,使医院管理与时俱进等方面作了系列的探讨。阐明了加强质量管理必须树立质量核心观念、依法行医观念、以人为本观念、竞争观念和忧患意识。管理的着力点放在人才建设、学科建设、技术骨干队伍建设等硬件方面 ;发展的目标要投向内强素质、外树形象。
Medical quality is always a topic of hospital management. How to enforce medical quality control in hospital is an important issue confronting military hospital administrators in the new era. The author discussed series of problems on changing ideas to improve medical quality. It was also pointed out that personnel training and subject construction is vital for medical quality. The direction of the development is to strengthen the inside strength and polish the outside image, pursuing the integration of medical and social effect.
