摘要
跨世纪医院质量工程是指一个规范化的医院质量管理方案、四方面质量管理同步进行的全方位质量管理、五个层次的微观质控与宏观管理相结合的良性管理机制、一项保证质量工程切实实施的质量体系认证制度。医院质量体系认证是实施跨世纪质量工程的重要保证和基本内容之一。
On the quality improvement and development of health services towards the next century,the article discusses how to design multi - layered and all - directional considerations and arrangements, including optimized and wide application of scientific discoveries, techniques and equipments; human, financial and material resources' management and disposition, which are theoretically based on sound principles and practically produce the best possible benefits; and development as well as standardization of clinical practice guidelines through joint efforts of managers, doctors and research workers so as to dynamically and flexibly adapt to rapid changes and progresses.
