强调树立核心价值观可凝聚医院发展力量,提出了量化质量目标和PDCA的科学管理方法,并在实践中逐步完善和形成了组织保证体系、技术和培训保证体系、质量控制保证体系,这些实践探索使医院的医疗质量和医疗服务水平得到明显提升。
The paper pointed out that establishment of the core values can gather development strength of the hospital, made a quantitative quality goals and PDCA scientific management methods. Through practice, the organization assurance systems, technology and training assurance system, quality control assurance system was gradual improved and formed to improve the quality of care and medical services.
