摘要 采用酶组织化学方法,观察功能矫形前伸下颌后大鼠翼外肌和浅层嚼肌细胞内线粒体酶代谢的变化规律。结果显示,翼外肌氧化型纤维构成明显增多,浅层嚼肌氧化型纤维明显减少。表明翼外肌参与维持下颌姿势位的张力活动增加,浅层嚼肌则位相活动增加。 The purpose of this study was to detect the metabolic changes of the lateral pteryg-oid muscles(LPM)and the superficial masseter muscles(SMM)in growing rats afterfunctional mandibular advancement histochemical analysis of muscle fiber types wasused to evaluate structural and functional muscle adaptations.Fifty-six 5 week-old maleSprague-Dawley rats were divided equally into experimental and control groups.Theexperimental animals were wore protrusive-type appliances for 12 hours a day.The resultsof 1 day,3 days,1 week,2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks(remove the appliance for 4weeks)were observed.The higher proportion of type 1 fibers was found in LPM,lowerin SMM and the alteration became more and more obvious as time went.The resultsindicated that the protrusive appliance increased tonic activity the LPM and phasic acti-vity of the SMM.
