摘要
选用30只5周龄 SD 雄性大鼠,使用自制上颌活动功能性矫治器,每日白天戴矫治器10~12小时,引导生长期大鼠下颌前伸,应用X线头测量和游离下颌骨X线测量方法,对大鼠颅面颌,特别是下颌骨的变化进行了观察。结果显示实验组下颌骨长度明显增加,下颌支、下颌体交角变大,下颌支向后旋转,下牙槽高度增大。实验所用的矫治器对颅脑及上颌骨无明显影响。本研究表明前仲生长期大鼠下颌后,能引起下颌适应性生长改建,下颌骨综合长度增加。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the craniofacial adaptative changes aftermandibular functional protrusion in young growing rats.30 5-week-old male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into experimental and control groups randomly.The mandiblewas advanced about 1.5mm with functional appliance in experimental group.Cepha-lometric analysis was employed to evaluate the growth remodelling in craniofacial struc-ture.The results showed that mandibular length significantly increased,posteriorgrowth of mandible ramus was taken place in experimental group.There was no anyeffect to skull and maxilla.It is suggested that mandibular anterior advancement can causemandibular growth remodelling and the mandibular length increasing in young rat.
