摘要
对113例单侧唇裂的术后效果进行了主观、客观和综合评价间的研究,发现综合评价较能反映唇裂术后的真实效果,并发现 Millard 法对完全性和不完全性单侧唇裂均可获得良好的效果。本文还对其中追踪两年以上的12例患者进行再次评价,发现代表鼻唇对称性的9项指标中在术后两年竟无一项有显著性变化,证明 Millard 法整复后的患者,其患侧不会出现异常生长的情况。
The authors have evaluated the postoperation effect of 113 patients with unilateralcleft lip using three methods which are subjective,objective and comprehensive evaluation,found that the comprehensive evaluation is the best method which represents unilateralcleft lip postoperative result and that good effect could be get using millard's method bothcomplete and incomplete cleft lip only using objective evaluation method.In addition,12patients have been followed up in two years postoperatively by objective evaluation methodagain.The result showed that nine measurement items which represent symmetry of noseand upper lip are not all statistically significant between one week and two years post-operatively,which indicated that repaired side with unilateral cleft lip did not developunusual later growth as compared to normal side and repaired unilateral cleft lipretains the configuration and length determined at the time of the initial repair.
