概述单侧唇裂修复术发展进程 ,探讨最佳手术时机 ,展望未来发展方向。手术治疗方案、方法再好也是被动的 ,随着人类基因的不断破解 ,唇裂的特定基因可能被发现 ,从而有可能杜绝唇裂的产生 。
The cleft lip is the common congenital disease and the incidence of it is about 1‰.The main treatment method for this disease is cleft lip repair by operation.The article reviews the development process of cleft lip repair,explore the best time of operation and predicts the future direction of development.The author stresses that the gene therapy is the best treatment method for this disease in the future.
