摘要
欲深入认识和了解单侧唇裂的畸形特点,评价术后效果及选择适宜的手术方法。需要对唇裂患者鼻唇部的解剖结构异常情况进行精确的测量分析。本研究首次在通用微机上开发并建立了一套完整的计算机辅助单侧唇裂的绘画、测量和评价系统软件,该软件具有测量指标全面、评价科学性强及图形生动逼真等优点,为单侧唇裂临床治疗和研究开辟了一条新途径。
Wishing to know deeply the deformative character,choicing appropriate surgical methodand evaluating postoperative result on unilateral cleft lip,the authors need to precise measur-ement abnomal anatomy of upper lip and nose on unilateral cleft lip.A system which includegraphics,measurement and evaluation has been developed for preoperation,inoperation andpostoperation of unilateral cleft lip,it has advantages of comprehensive measurement items,evaluation is scientific and life-like graphics.So that.this study developed a new methodand technology for clinical and research on unilateral cleft lip
