摘要
对花尾胡椒鲷(Plectorhynchus cinctus)雌鱼注射人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)和促黄体生成素释放激素类似物(LRH-A)。注射后 6 h,两种处理均能显著增加血清睾酮(T)水平;注射后24 h,两种处理睾酮水平均下降,与对照差异不显著。注射后6 h,HCG处理组血清T水平比LRH-A处理组更高,而注射后6～24 h,LRH-A处理组血清睾酮水平更为稳定。实验过程中,血清雌二醇(E2)水平没有显著变化。
Human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG) and luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone analogue (LRH-A) were injected to female Plectarhynchus cinctus. The serum testosterone concentration increased significantly 6 h after both injections, but is not different 24 h after injections. The serum testosterone concentration 6 h after injection with HCG is higher than that with LRH-A, but the concentration 6-24 h after injection with LRH-A is more stable than that with HCG. The serum estradiol contents did not change 24 h after injections.
