摘要
对辽宁、吉林两地采集的中国林蛙 (RanatemporariachensinensisDavid .)雄蛙繁殖季节精巢的组织学和睾酮水平进行了测试分析。结果表明 :在周期性生殖活动中 ,精子成熟呈周期性 ,血清睾酮水平的变化与生殖腺所经历的结构变化是一致的 。
The serum testosterone level and histology of spermary tissue of male Rana temporaria chensinensis David. from Liaoning and Jilin provinces were studied in this article .The results showed that: The ripeness of the sperm was periodical procedure during the reproduction of Rana temporaria chensinensis David. The serum testosterone level was consistent with the structure of sexual gland and was the highest before the reproduction?
