摘要
29只 Wistar 雌性大鼠,用人工方法产生假孕蜕膜反应后,分成实验组与对照组。自假孕第5天起,实验组动物每日经腹部皮下注射200μg 促黄体生成素释放激素类似物(LH-RH-A)(溶于0.2ml 生理盐水);对照组给予等量生理盐水,连续4天。假孕第9、11、13天取材,制冰冻切片,分别显示 AcP、AlP、G6 Pase、TPPase、LDH、SDH、~5△-3β-HSD 和 NE,以及脂类、糖和RNA。结果显示,大剂量 LH-RH-A 使假孕大鼠子宫内膜蜕膜细胞中上述8种酶呈阴性反应。在近中央带基质细胞这些酶呈阳性反应,尤其 LDH、SDH、~5△-3β-HSD 更明显,并可见细胞内 RNA 含量增加。实验组第9天与对照组第13天的子宫内膜细胞组织化学反应相似,提示大剂量 LH-RH-A 所引起的子宫蜕膜的退化与自然假孕中蜕膜组织的退化是相同的。
29 virgin female Wistar rats were divided into experimental and control groups
on the 5th day of pseudopregnancy.The experimental animals were injected with
200 μg.of LH-RH-A subcutaneously daily in 5th-8th day,while in the control
group physiological saline was used instead.Both experimental and control animals
were killed on 9th,11th,13th days of pseudopregnancy.
Histochemical techniques were applied to cryostat sections to show the activity
of the following enzymes:SDH,LDH,NE,~5△A-3β-HSD,G6Pase,TPPase,AlP
and AcP;PAS,Oil red O,and gallocyanin-chromalum staining methods were used
to show carbohydrates,fats and RNA respectively.
The above enzymatic reactions of the decidual cells of the experimental animals
were negative,while those of the stromal cells were positive on 9th day.In
comparison,the results of the decidua of the control group on 13th day are very
similar to the decidua of the experimental group on the 9th day.The results
suggest that a high dosage of LH-RH-A only advances degeneration of the
decidua.
