野生石鲽精巢发育及注射LHRH-A对血浆T水平的影响研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用常规石蜡切片,组织染色法和放射免疫测定方法(RIA)对石鲽(Kareius bicoloratus)精巢的发育状况和生殖季节血浆睾酮(T)对注射外源促黄体激素释放激素类似物(LHRH-A)的反应进行研究。结果表明,石鲽精巢为小叶型,精巢发育分为6个时期。性腺成熟系数(GSI),肝重指数(HSI)和肥满度(CF)呈现显著的季节变化。注射LHRH-A后6 h,T含量显著上升,之后的12 h、24 h逐渐下降,48 h又显著回升,几乎达到注射前的8倍;对照组血浆T含量在注射后6 h显著下降,12 h变化不大;24 h又显著回升,48 h继续回升。 The development of testis and the response of plasma testosterone in reproductive season to injection with extrinsic LHRH-A of wild male stone flounder are studied by the methods of paraffin slice, histological staining techniques and radioimmunoassay(RIA). The results show that the spermary of stone flounder is lobular type and the testis development can be divided into six stages;GSI, HSI and CF present remarkable seasonal change in a whole reproductive periods;The plasma T levels increase significantly 6 hour post-injection, but decrease gradually post-injection 12 h,24 h and the lowest level occurs at 24 h; which increases significantly again post-injection 48 h, and almost is eight times than that at 0 h. Be different from the treated group, the plasma T level of the control group decrease significantly at 6 h, and is almost unchanged to 12 h, increases remarkably post-injection 24 h and this phenomenon persists to 48 h,but the plasma T level of the control group is lower than the treated group.
