摘要
本文在分析企业绩效评价和企业经营管理者绩效评价关系的基础上,提出了企业经营管理者的绩效评价思路及评价方法。
By analyzing the relationship between the performance evaluations of enterprise and managers, the paper puts forward performance evaluation approach and method for mangers.
