摘要
作者利用透射电镜观察了革胡子鲇(Clarias lazera)成熟精巢的超微结构,结果表明:1)该鱼的精巢属于叶型,由许多小管(叶)组成;2)间质细胞位于小管(叶)之间,呈多角形,核内有泡状化结构,细胞质内具螺旋管状嵴的线粒体及连网状的内质网结构;3)小管(叶)的管壁由类肌细胞,支持细胞及生殖细胞组成;4)精原细胞的细胞质中存在着纤维絮状的生殖质,而精子细胞中无生殖质的存在;5)精子的头部无顶体,尾部轴丝呈“9+2”的结构.
The ultrastructure of the mature testis of the teleost,Clarias lazera, is studied by means of electron-microscope, The result is as follows: 1)The type of the testis of Clarias lazera, consisting of many lobules, is that of lobules; 2)Leydig cells,which are polyhedral and have the vesicular nucleous and the mitochrondria with tubular cristae as well as the endoplasmic reticulum in the form of anastomosing vesicles, locate between the lobules; 3)the tubule wall consists of myoid cells and sertoli cells as well as germ cells; 4)The fibered germ plasm is found in the cytoplasm of the spermatogenous cells and there is no germ plasm in the spermatids; 5)There is no acrosomes in the heads of the sperms. The axonemes have a'9+2'pattern
