摘要
1999～ 2 0 0 3年对赛里木湖高白鲑 (Coregonuspeled)繁殖生物学特性进行了研究 ,结果表明 :雄性个体多在 1 +龄达到性成熟 ,为 96 1 % ;雌性个体 1 +龄达到性成熟的为1 8 2 % ,其余多在 2 +龄达到性成熟。其繁殖期为 1 2月下旬到第二年 1月份 ,雄性从 9月到第二年 1月都有流精个体 ;雌性绝对怀卵量平均为 1 33360粒 ,相对怀卵量平均为 82粒/g ,繁殖期平均卵径为 1 70mm。其体长与繁殖力关系方程为 :F =0 0 1 40 1L4 3948(r =0 85 7)。体重与繁殖力关系方程为 :F =1 30 1 2 1W - 641 96(r=0 898)。本文还系统地描述各期精巢和卵巢的形态结构、特征及周年变化。
The reproductive characters of coregonus peled in were investigated during 1999-2003.The results demonstrated that coregonus peled reaches its sexual maturity at 1 years old for males and 2 years old for females.In the first years, maturity rate of male could reach over 96.1%,yet maturity rate of female is only 18.2%.Breeding duration changes from December to January next year,and the spawning takes places from September to January next year.The absolute reproduction capacity is 133 360,the amount of coregonus peled cyst per gram is 82.The average egg diameters of coregonus peled is 1.70 mm in breeding duration.Regression analysis shows that body length is correlated with breeding capacity:F=0.01401L 4.3948(r=0.857);and weight is correlated with breeding capacity:F=130.121W-64196(r=0.898).The formation, characters and seasonal changes of gonad were conducted in this paper too.
