摘要 目的 :确定对肿瘤化疗病人进行健康教育的内容和方式。方法 :对 80例肿瘤化疗住院病人进行自设问卷调查 ,问卷包括 7个主题 ,共 6 2项。按Likert 4点评价法进行打分 ,然后进行统计处理。结果 :肿瘤化疗病人健康教育需求程度排序为 :①入院时对健康教育知识内容的需求 ;②出院前对疾病相关知识的需求 ;③化疗期间需要医务人员给予的指导 ;④健康教育效果评价 ;⑤接受健康教育的方式 ;⑥接受化疗知识健康教育的最佳时间 ;⑦出院后所需的咨询方式。结论 :这 7个主题较全面地反映了肿瘤化疗住院病人的健康教育需求。其中入院时、化疗期间、出院前的健康教育知识内容非常重要 ,而对于健康教育效果评价、健康教育的方式、最佳健康教育时间及出院后的咨询方式则应因人而异 ,护理人员应有针对性。 Objective: The purpose of this study was to explore the contents and the ways of health education for the patients with tumor receiving the chemotherapy. Method: The questionnaires designed by the researcher were completed by 80 in-patients receiving the chemotherapy. The questionnaire covered 7 areas (62 items). The Liker 4 scale was used and the data was analyzed statistically. Result: The order of the patients’ needs was ①the need to receive health education at admission; ②the need to learn the knowledge on the relative disease; ③the need to be directed by health care personnel during the chemotherapy period; ④the health education evaluation; ⑤the ways to receive the health education; ⑥the optimum time to receive the health education on chemotherapy; ⑦the ways of consultant after discharge from hospital. Conclusion: The seven areas in the questionnaire could completely reflect the in-patient’s needs receiving the chemotherapy. The contents of health education after admission, during the chemotherapy, and before discharge were very important. The health education evaluation, the education ways, the optimum time and the consultant ways after discharge depended on the individual. Therefore, the nurses should provide the health education for the patients systematically and specially.
