摘要
目的了解住院脑卒中清醒患者健康教育需求。方法在住院期间应用健康宣教手册对患者实施健康教育,出院前后应用自行设计的问卷对脑卒中患者的知识掌握程度进行评价。结果 60例脑卒中清醒患者在接受健康教育前后对脑卒中相关知识的掌握程度差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用健康宣教手册可以提高脑卒中患者疾病知识掌握程度以及对护理服务的满意度,提高护士自身的专业知识水平。
Objective To investigate the deoands of health education among the patients with stroke. Methods The health education handbook was provided for the patients with stroke during hospitalization. The patients＇ disease related knowledge was assessed before and after the health education by self - designed questionaire. Result Tbere was significant differenee in the patients＇ mastery level of disease related knowledge before and after the health education （P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion The application of health education handbook not only can improve patients＇ disease related knowledge and patients＇ satisfaction,bat also can improve nurses＇ professional knowledge.
