为在医疗市场激烈竞争中处于领先地位,在护理管理中进行了以满足患者需求为基点,体现人性化服务的一系列改革。建立了护患责任 制;公示护理服务内容;聘请患者做监督员;实施三卡明白制度;用人文意识规范护理行为;以患者利益为标准修正监控指标;用考评程序管理 聘用人员。
To be in the leading status in the intense competition of medical market,a series of nursing reform which based on meeting the patients’ needs and embodiment of humanistic service was implemented in nursing management.We set up responsibility system between patients and nurses, publicize the contents of nursing service, invite some patients as supervisor,implement “three cards” explicit system, regulate the nursing behaviors in the light of humanistic mind, revise the supervision standards according to the benefits of patients and manage nursing staff by system of examination.
