肝细胞癌中微血管密度和转化生长因子-β_1 nm23-H1蛋白表达及意义

摘要 目的 探讨肝细胞癌(Hepatocelluar carcinoma,HCC)和癌旁肝组织强转化生长因子β1(Transforming growth factor-β1,TGF-β1),nm23-H1蛋白的表达及微血管密度(Microvessel tensity,MVD)的变化。方法 采用免疫组化方法对45例HCC和癌旁肝组织进行TGF-β1多克隆抗体、nm23-H1单克隆抗体和第Ⅷ因子相关抗原单克隆抗体染色。结果 TGF-β1及nm23-H1蛋白表达在HCC和癌旁肝组织两者之间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);HCC组织中TGF-β1表达强度与肿瘤间质MVD之间存在正相关(P<0.05);三者与HCC有无转移呈显著性相关(P<0.05),但与肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。结论 TGF-β1及nm23-H1蛋白表达强度和肿瘤MVD的变化与HCC转移有关,上述3项指标对评估HCC的转移及预后有重要意义。 Objective To study the expression of transforming growth factor-β1,, nm23-H1 protein and microvessel density (MVD) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and surrounding liver tissue. Methods With anti-TGF-β1 multi-Ab, anti-nm23 - H1 multi-Ab and F8-Ag McAb, immunohistochemistry was used in 45 cases of HCC and surrounding liver tissue as contrast. Results The expression of TGF-β1, nm23-H1 in HCC was significantly higher than that in surrounding liver tissue ( P < 0.05) .The expression of TGF-β1 in HCC was positively correlated with MVD. Each of them was related to the metastasis of HCC ( P < 0.05), but not related to the tumor size ( P > 0.05). Conclusions The expression intensity of TGF-β1, nm23-H1 and MVD are correlated with metastasis HCC. Each of the three indices is of major significance in evaluating the metastasis and prognosis of HCC.
