肝细胞癌和癌旁肝组织中转化生长因子β1表达与微血管密度的关系

摘要 目的 探讨转化生长因子 β1(TGF β1)在肝细胞癌 (HCC)和癌旁肝组织中的表达及与肿瘤微血管密度 (MVD)的关系。方法 采用免疫组化方法对 4 5例HCC和癌旁肝组织进行TGF β1多克隆抗体和第Ⅷ因子相关抗原单克隆抗体染色。观察HCC和癌旁肝组织TGF β1表达与MVD之间的相关性。 结果 HCC中TGF β1的表达和MVD均高于癌旁肝组织 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;转移高危组中二者均高于转移低危组 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;但二者在肿瘤大小各组间差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。HCC中TGF β1表达强度与MVD之间有显著相关性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 TGF β1在肝癌组织中参与肿瘤血管的形成 ,促进肿瘤的浸润和转移。肿瘤MVD和TGF β1蛋白表达二项指标对评估HCC的转移及预后有重要意义。 Objective To study the expression of transfroming growth factor β1 (TGF β1) and microvascular density (MVD) in hepatocellular carcinomas (HCC) and the surrounding liver tissues. Methods With anti TGF β1 multi Ab and F8 Ag McAb, immunohistochemistry was used in 45 cases of HCCs and the surrounding liver tissues as control. Results The expression of TGF β1in HCC and MVD were obviously higher than that in the surrounding liver tissues ( P <0.05); both of them were related to the metastasis of HCC ( P <0.05), but not related to tumor size ( P >0.05). The expression of TGF β1 in HCC was positively correlated to MVD. Conclusion TGF β1 is related to the formation of MVD. Both the expression of TGF β1 and MVD have a remarkable significance in evaluating the metastasis of HCC.
