nm23-H1与人卵巢癌转移及预后的关系 被引量:1

Expression of nm23 - H1 in human ovarian carcinoma and its clinical implication

摘要 目的 探讨人卵巢癌组织中nm23-H1基因的表达水平与卵巢癌病理组织学类型、转移倾向及患者预后的相关性。方法 分别采用原位杂交及免疫组化方法检测41例人卵巢癌标本中 nm23-H1mRNA及其编码蛋白 NDPK-A的表达水平。结果 nm23-H1 mRNA及其编码蛋白 NDPK-A在卵巢癌组织中的表达水平与卵巢癌的病理组织学类型无关(P>0.05),与卵巢癌转移倾向呈负相关(P<0.05;P<0.01),在原发灶中的表达水平明显高于转移灶(P<0.01),与卵巢癌患者预后呈正相关(P<0.05)。在被测卵巢癌标本中,nm23-H1mRNA与NDPK-A两者间的表达水平具有正相关性。结论nm23-H1基因在人卵巢癌的扩散转移过程中发挥抑制作用,它在卵巢癌组织中的表达水平可作为判断患者预后的重要指标。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of nm23 - H1 gene and the metastasis of human ovarian carcinoma as well as the prognosis of patient. Methods nin23 - H1 mRNA and NDPK - A in 41 cases of human ovarian carcinoma were detected by in sue hybridization and immunohistochemistry. Results The levels of nin23 - H1 mRNA and NDPK - A were higher in primary foci than in metastasis ones (P <0.01) ; Although expression of both mn23 - H1 mRNA and NDPK - A did not statistically correlated to histologic types of human ovarian carcinomas( P > 0 .05) ,they inversely correlated to metastasis potential( P < 0.05 and P <0.01 respectively) and correlated to the prognosis of the patients( P <0. 05). NDPK - A level was positively correlated to nm23 - H1 mRNA expression level. Conclusion nm23 - Hi gene may play an important role in suppressing metastasis of human ovarian cancer. nm23 - H1 mRNA and NDPK - A levels in ovarian carcinoma can serve as an predictor of prognosis.
