摘要
综述了2001～2002年间国内钻井液处理剂研制及应用方面的进展,指出了今后的研发方向。分5大类简介了新研发的处理剂,其中一些已经过了现场应用试验,有几种已投入现场推广应用。①合成聚合物类25种,包括降滤失剂18种,抑制、防塌剂4种,降粘剂3种,其他1种;②改性天然高分子类6种;③利用工业废料合成的2种;④合成树脂类1种;⑤表面活性剂类2种。参41。
The advances in preparation and uses of drilling fluid additives in China in recent 2 years are reviewed and some targets for further developing them are presented. The newly developed additives are concisely inroduced in 5 classes with some tested under field conditions and some put into field use: ① 25 synthetic polymers including 18 filtration loss reducers, 4 inhibiting/anticaving agents, and 3 viscosity reducers; ② 6 modified natural polymers; ③ 2 products from process scrap and waste; ④ 1 synthetic resin; ⑤ 2 surfactants.
