摘要
钻井液工艺技术是油气钻井工程的重要组成部分。随着福山油田石油勘探开发的发展,钻井深度不断增加、钻遇地质环境日趋恶劣等,该项技术在确保安全、优质、快速钻井中起着越来越重要的作用。而优质高效的钻井液主要取决于钻井液处理剂质量和性能的水平。因此,福山油田于2014年针对在用入井钻井液处理剂开展检测评价,确保入井钻井液处理剂满足井下要求、提高机械钻速、降低井下复杂率、缩短钻井周期、保护油气层。检测表明:福山油田钻井液处理剂样品合格率达到基本要求,还存在很大的提升空间,同时为今后检测评价提供了借鉴意义。
Drilling fluid technology is an important part of oil and gas drilling engineering. With the exploration and development of Fushan oilfield, the increasing of drilling depth and drilling and the continuous deterioration of the geological conditions for drilling, the drilling fluid technology plays a more and more important role in ensuring the safety, the quality and the efficiency of drilling. High quality and high efficiency of drilling fluid mainly depends on the quality and performance of the drilling fluid additives. There- fore, the in-use drilling fluid additives of Fushan oilfield were detected and evaluated in 2014, to ensure the drilling fluid additives meet the requirements of improving the mechanical drilling speed, reducing the downhole complexity, shortening drilling cycle and protecting oil and gas reservoirs. The detection results show that the qualified rate of the in-use drilling fluid additive samples in Fushan oilfield basically achieves the requirements, but there is still much for improvement, which provides a reference for the future detection and evaluation.
