摘要
采用氧化-还原引发体系合成了2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸钠(SAMPS)-丙烯酰胺(AM)-丙烯酸钠(SAA)三元共聚物。借助红外光谱和差热分析测定了它的结构和热稳定性。研究了共聚物水溶液的流变性,评价了它对钻井泥浆性能的影响。结果表明,共聚物热稳定性好,用作钻井液处理剂能显著降低淡水泥浆、盐水和人工海水泥浆的失水量,抗NaCl和CaCl_2污染能力强。
A new filtration water loss controller-poly (sodium-2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonate-acrylamide-sodium acrylate)(SAMPS-AM-SAA)copolymer was synthesized by redox Initation.The structure and thermal stability of the copolymer were identified by IRS and DTA. The theological behaviour of water solution of the copolymer was investigated, and the effect of the copolymer on the properties of drilling mud was evaluated.The experimental rerults showed that the copolymer has good thermal stability, and when.used as drilling mud treating agent, it can remarkably reduce the waterloss of fresh water, salt water and artifical sea water mud. It has good tolerance to NaCl and CaCl_2 pollution.
